and discipline of the land force of the militia duly organized as
prescribed by the said Acts of the Assembly, the sum of one
hundred and fifteen thousand dollars; to the Board of trustees
of the Fifth Regiment Armory to be expended by direction of
said Board in the maintenance, care and protection of the
Armory Building, two thousand dollars, or so much thereof as
may be necessary; for the maintenance, equipment and disci-
pline of the First Naval Battalion, duly organized as prescribed
by said Acts of Assembly, the sum of ten thousand dollars.
STATE INSTITUTIONS.
To the Maryland House of Correction for maintenance,
thirty-five thousand dollars, together with the further sum of
twenty thousand dollars ($20, 000. 00) to be applied to the
payment of the current indebtedness outstanding against the
institution and also the sum of twenty thousand dollars
($20, 000. 00) for the repairs and additions to the sewerage
and water systems; to the Maryland School for the Blind
for the education of the deaf, dumb, and blind colored
children of the State, twelve thousand dollars; for the in-
struction of the indigent blind to be applied under the direction
of the Governor in accordance with the provisions of the
Acts of 1868, Chapter 215 as amended by the Acts of 1912,
Chapter 200, thirty-three thousand dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary; for the Maryland School for the Deaf
it Frederick, thirty-seven thousand five hundred dollars; to
the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium for maintenance, one
hundred and forty thousand dollars; to the Pine Bluff Sana-
torium, eight thousand dollars; to the Rosewood State Train-
ing School, one hundred and twenty-three thousand dollars;
to the Springfield State Hospital, one hundred and sixty
thousand dollars, to the Spring Grove State Hospital, eighty-
six thousand dollars; to the Crownsville State Hospital, sixty
thousand dollars; to the Eastern Shore State Hospital, thirty
thousand dollars, together with the further sum of fifteen thou-
sand dollars ($15, 000. 00) to be applied to the payment of the
current indebtedness outstanding against the institution.
STATE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.
For the expenses of the Commissioners from the State of
Maryland for the Promotion of Uniformity of Legislation in
the United States, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars;
from which sum the said commissioners may contribute to
the expense of the conference of commissioners from the vari-
