CHAPTER 91.

AN ACT to protect English Ring Neck or Mongolian Pheasant,
American pheasant, dark neck Bohemian pheasant, pheasant
or ruffed grouse within the limits of Wicomico County,
Maryland, until November 10th, 1921.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That no person shall shoot, trap, catch or kill, or gun or
hunt for, any English Ring Neck or Mongolian pheasant, Amer-
ican pheasant, dark neck Bohemian pheasant, pheasant or
ruffed grouse within the limits of Wicomico County, Mary-
land, at any time between the passage of this Act and the
tenth day of November, 1921.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That any person or persons con-
victed before any Justice of the Peace for the said county for
violating the preceding Section of this Act shall be fined not
less than Twenty-five Dollars nor more than One Hundred
Dollars and costs for each and every offense. And any Deputy.
Game Warden, Constable, or other person, who shall procure
the conviction of any person or persons violating the provisions
of the preceding Section shall receive one-half of the fine col-
lected, and the remaining one-half of the fine so collected shall
be paid over to the State Treasurer to be credited to the ac-
count of the State Game Protection Fund.

Provided that any person who fails to pay any fine so im-
posed shall be committed to the County Jail for not lees than
twenty-five nor more than sixty days,

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the First day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 92.

AN ACT to amend Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of the State of Maryland, title "Cecil County, " sub-title
"Rising Sun, " by adding three additional Sections thereto,
providing for bonding the Town of Rising Sun to provide
for the construction and installation of an electric light
plant, to supply light for the inhabitants of said town, and
to submit the question of issuing said bonds to the vote of
the legally qualified voters and taxpayers of said town.
