shall be fined five dollars and costs for each and every of-
fense, and an additional five dollars for every rabbit, jack-
rabbit, cotton-tail, partridge, quail, woodcock, or raccoon killed,
trapped, taken, bought, sold or had in possession; or had in
possession for the purpose of export from. Harford County, or
transported, bought or sold for export, or exported or carried
out of said County in violation of any of the provisions of the
aforesaid sections; and in default of payment of such fine, said
person or persons or officer or officers of a corporation violating
said provisions or any of them, shall be imprisoned in the
House of Correction or County Jail for a period of not less
than twenty days nor more than thirty days, or until the fine
and costs are paid.

132. Any person found trespassing with dog, gun or trap
upon any private property in said County, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before any Justice
of the Peace of said Harford County, shall be fined five dollars
and costs for each offense; and upon failure to pay said fine and
costs, shall be confined in the House of Correction, or County
Jail for a term of not less than five days nor more than fifteen
days, or until the fine and costs are paid.

133. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to hunt,
catch, pursue, injure, trap or shoot any rabbit, jack-rabbit,
cotton-tail, partridge, quail, squirrel, muskrat, skunk, wood-
cock, reed bird, rail bird, blackbird; sora, wild duck, wild goose
or swan in said County, without first having obtained from
one of the Justices of the Peace of Harford County a license
permitting the person named therein to so shoot, take, catch,
kill, pursue, injure, trap, or shoot any of the above named birds
or animals, which license shall state the name of the applicant,
his age, color, color of hair, height, occupation and residence,
and shall not be transferable; and all licenses so issued shall
date from the time so issued until the first day of June next
following the date of the issue of such license. The cost of
said license to be as follows: A bona fide resident of said County
shall pay to said Justice of the Peace the sum of one dollar
and a fee of fifteen cents for the issuance of such license; a
non-resident of Harford County shall pay to the said Justice
of the Peace the sum of five dollars and a fee of fifteen cents
for the issuance of such license; provided the Justices of the
Peace aforesaid shall in no case issue a license to any one under
fifteen years of age. The amounts received by the Justices
of the Peace for the issuance of said licenses, except their fee
of fifteen cents in each case, shall be paid over by them to the
