SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said municipal corpora-
tion, the Town Commissioners of Centreville, is hereby, author-
ized and empowered to sell the one steam engine, generator
and appliances constituting the said steam unit hereinabove
mentioned, now located in and used with the said plant, and
that the said municipal corporation shall apply the proceeds of
such sale toward the payment of the cost of said oil burning
engine and electric generator above described and of the installa-
tion of the same.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the first day of June, nineteen hundred and sixteen.

CHAPTER 85.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of St. Mary's
County, Maryland, to levy a sum of money to build a school-
house for colored children between Mechanicsville and Har-
per's Corner, in the Fifth Election District of said County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County,
be and they are hereby authorized and required to levy a
sufficient sum of money, at their next annual levy for the pur-
pose of building a new schoolhouse for colored children between
the village of Mechanicsville, Maryland, and Harper's Corner,
in said County; the site for said schoolhouse to be selected by
the patrons of said school.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1916.
