or sums as any one of the judges of the Circuit Court for Har-
ford County may allow them, as additional compensation, to-
gether with such expense for printing, stationery and the inci-
dental expenses as the said judge may deem proper to be paid,
together with the costs, if any, of summoning the witnesses
or of witness' fees to be paid by the County Commissioners of
Harford County.
82. The County Commissioners of Harford County and
the Treasurer of Harford County be and they are hereby
directed and required, immediately upon the close of business
on the last day of May of each year, to proceed to balance their
books and accounts and to close their work for the year ending
on said date, and to have the duties required of them by this
section completed before the fifteenth day of June following.
83. The Board of County School Commissioners and the
Treasurer thereof, be and they are hereby directed and re-
quired, immediately upon the close of business on the last day
of July of each year, to proceed to balance their books and
accounts and to close their work for the year ending on said
date, and to have the duties required of them by this section
completed before the fifteenth day of August following.
84. The several boards and officers are directed and re-
quired, when requested by said auditing committee, or any
member thereof, to lay before the said auditing committee,
all books, accounts, vouchers and other papers relating to the
receipt and disbursement of the public funds in their hands
or subject to their control; and the said several boards and
officers shall in every way expedite and facilitate the work of
the said auditing committee to the end that the true financial
status and condition of the said several boards and officers of
Harford County may be fully and accurately determined.
BEL AIR.
85. The corporate limits of the town of Bel Air, in Har-
ford County, shall be contained within the following metes and
bounds, to wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of Emanuel
church lot, and running north fifty-four degrees, east one hun-
dred and twenty-eight perches to the Hickory Road; thence
south three degrees, west thirty-eight and thirty-six hundredths
perches with said road; thence south eighty-one degrees east
twelve and forty-eight hundredths perches; thence south twenty
degrees east five and four-hundredths perches; thence south
thirteen degrees, east twenty-eight and fifty-two hundredths
