1174 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 572

ernor's Constitutional Amendment Proclamation of 1914, as
required by the Constitution of the State, and the Comptroller
of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
draw his warrant upon the Treasurer of Maryland for the fol-
lowing sums and to the order of the following newspapers, in
