plus Revenue" received from the Federal Government, and
apportion same among the -Counties and the City of Balti-
more for the public schools.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 33 of the Acts of 1839 be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
August 1, 1916.

CHAPTER 558.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 4a, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
and 11 of Article 45-A as the same are numbered and set
forth in the Annotated Code of Maryland as legalized by
Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1912, and Chapter 16 of the Acts
of 1914, of the General Assembly of Maryland, title "Im-
migration, " sub-title "Bureau of Immigration. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Hilary-
land, That Sections 1, 2, 3., 4, 4a, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of
Article 45-A as the same are numbered and set forth in the
Annotated Code of Maryland as legalized by Chapter 21 of the
Acts of 1912 and Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1914 of the General
Assembly of Maryland, title, '' Immigration'', sub-title '' Bureau
of Immigration", and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1st, 1916.

AN ACT to repeal Article 81, Section 115, of Bagby's Anno-
tated Code of Maryland, title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-
title "Tax on Commissions of executors and administrators, "
and to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to read as
follows:

SEC. 115. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, All commissions allowed to executors and administrators
by the orphans' courts of this State shall be subject to a tax,
