they may think proper, not exceeding two hundred and fifty
dollars a year.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That said board shall report to
the legislature at its next session, and from that time there-
after as said board may deem proper, an account of its trans-
actions and its advice and recommendations as required by
Section 1 of the Act of 1896, Chapter 264.

CHAPTER 544.
AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 93 of
Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (Bagby's
Edition) entitled "Fish and Fisheries, " so as to prescribe
certain duties for the State Fishery Force, and to add to
said Article 39 five new sections requiring certain crab
licenses to be obtained at fixed amounts, regulating the size
and kind of crabs to be caught or sold, prescribing penalties
for violating the provisions hereof, and distributing the
license fees and penalties collected hereunder; said addi-
tional sections to follow Section 93, to be known as Sections
93-A, 93-B, 93-C, 93-D and 94, and to be grouped together
with Sections 91, 92 and 93 under a new sub-title "Crabs";
and to repeal the Section now known as Section 94 of said
Article 39.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 93 of Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (Bagby's Edition) entitled "Fish and Fish-
eries, " be and the same is hereby repealed and reenacted so as
to read as follows:
Section 93. It shall be the duty of the State Fishery Force
to assist in enforcing the provisions of the crab laws of this
State, and to that end the deputy commanders of said Force
now or hereafter assigned by law to certain districts shall be
specially charged with the enforcement of said laws within
their respective districts and with power to arrest all vio-
lators thereof wherever found within the State.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That five additional sec-
tions be and they are hereby added to said Article 39, to follow
Section 93 of said Article, and to be known as Sections 93-A,
