and directed to include the Secretary to the Marshal of Police
of Baltimore City, within the provisions of Section 777 of this
article, so that he may enjoy the same rights, privileges and
benefits subject to the same limitations and conditions as are
therein prescribed and conferred for the retiring of members of
the Police Force for the City of Baltimore; provided, however,
that the said Secretary to the Marshal of Police, shall first
contribute to the Special Fund of the Police Department, the
regular percentage from time of his appointment, with interest
in addition to said rate of percentage, and thereafter the rate
of percentage required under the Special Pension Act.

CHAPTER 531.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendment Section 4, of
Chapter 183, of the Laws of 1890, entitled "An Act to
create a Treasurer for Calvert County and to provide for
the collection of taxes therein; " and also to repeal and re-
enact with amendments Section 11, of Chapter 173 of the
laws of 1898, entitled "An Act to repeal sections two and
three of Chapter 64 of the Laws of Maryland, " passed at
the session of 1892, and re-enact Section one of Chapter 183
of the Laws of Maryland, passed at the session of 1890, and
also re-enact Section eleven of Chapter 183 of the Laws of
Maryland, passed at the session of 1890, with amendments,
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section two of
Chapter 183 of the Laws of Maryland, passed at the session
of 1890, entitled "An Act to create a Treasurer for Calvert
County and to provide for the collection of taxes therein. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section, 4 of Chapter 183, of the Laws of
1890, entitled "An Act to create a Treasurer for Calvert Coun-
ty and to provide for the collection of taxes therein, " and that
Section 11, of Chapter 173 of the laws of 1898, entitled "An
Act to repeal sections two and three of Chapter 64 of the Laws
of Maryland, passed at the session of 1892, and re-enact Sec-
tion one of Chapter 183 of the Laws of Maryland, passed at the
session of 1890, and also re-enact Section eleven of Chapter
183 of the Laws of Maryland, passed at the session of 1890,
with amendments, and to repeal and re-enact with amendments
