SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts affecting Section 69b of this Act, be and the same are
hereby repealed in so far as they may be inconsistent therewith.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 595.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 280
of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Glen Echo," as con-
tained in Chapter 790 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1912, so as to omit from the corporate limits of said town,
certain land situated on the north side of the Conduit Road.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 280 of Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County," sub-title
"Glen Echo," as contained in Chapter 790 of the Acts of 1912,
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows:
280. That the boundaries of said town shall embrace the
land of the National Chatauqua of Glen Echo, as of record in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Montgomery
County, recorded in Liber J. A. 25, folio 253, and all land
lying between said National Chautauqua of Glen Echo and the
Virginia shore, and having for its western boundary the western
edge of Cabin John Creek.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
ecect from the date of its passage

AN ACT to repeal Section 1 of Chapter 332 of the Acts of 1906,
entitled "An Act to authorize and empower the Commis-
sioners of Denton to establish, construct and maintain a sew-
erage system in the town of Denton, Caroline County, and to
issue and to sell its bonds to an amount not exceding three
thousand dollars to provide funds for that purpose and to
