ords of Anne Arundel County, in Liber G. W. No. 4, folio 332,
&c., be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

Each stockholder of said corporation shall be entitled to one
vote only, irrespective of the number of shares of the capital
stock of said corporation standing on the books in the name of
such stockholders, and there shall be indorsed on each and every
certificate of capital stock issued, the following: "The holder of
this certificate shall be entitled to one vote only at any special
or general meeting of the stockholders of this corporation irre-
spective of the number of shares set forth in this certificate or
any other certificate or certificates in the name of the holder
hereof, whether the same be issued to him direct by the said
corporation, or assigned or transferred to him by some other
person or. persons or corporation.''

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 13th, 1914.

CHAPTER 594.

AN ACT to amend Sections 60, 61 and 69, of Chapter 401 of the
Acts of 1904, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Sections 59 to 79 inclusive, of Article 19 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "St. Mary's
County," sub-title "Leonardtown, "and the amendments ad-
ditional thereto, as amended and enacted by Chapter 479 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1900, en-
titled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sec-
tions 73 and 74 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "St. Mary's County," sub-title "Leonardtown," and to
change the name of the corporation mentioned therein;" and
to add thereto two new Sections to come in after Section 69
to be known as Sections 69a and 69b, and to authorize a bond
issue and provide means to create a sinking fund for the
redemption of same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 60, 61 and 69 of Chapter 401 of the Acts of
1904, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Sections 59 to 79 inclusive, of Article 19 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "St. Mary's County," sub-title
"Leonardtown," and the amendments additional thereto, as
