taxes placed in the hands of the Treasurer, and not accounted
for by him; the amount of each and every appropriation made
by said Commissioners, and of each warrant thereon with the
name of the person to whom such warrant was issued, the num-
ber, date and amount thereof; and he shall keep a warrant book
of Prince George's County from which he shall make out every
warrant which shall authorize the treasurer of the county, or
any of the financial agents of the county to pay out any money;
which warrant book shall contain a corresponding stub, in which,
at the time of the filling up said warrant, and before its removal
from the book, he shall make full entry of the number, date and
amount of such warrant, the name of the person to whom issued,
upon whom drawn, the appropriation against which drawn, and
reference to the page of the journal wherein is the entry of the
order for such warrant; and shall also do any work which shall
be imposed upon said Clerk by the said County Commissioners
in connection with the expenditure of any road or highway fund
in said county; he shall keep and carefully preserve all the books
and papers in the office of said Commissioners; and shall on any
secular day, not a legal holiday, between the hours of ten o 'clock
A. M. and three o'clock P. M., at the request of any citizen or
taxpayer of said county, exhbibit the same to such person.

SECTION 180. The Clerk of the County Commissioners of said
county shall be entitled to an annual salary of fifteen hundred
dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 573.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title '' Elections,''
sub-title "Registration," said new Section to follow Section
29 in said Article, and to be designated as Section 29-C, and to
apply only to Frederick County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new Section be added to Article 33 of the Anno-
tated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Elec-
tions," sub-title "Registration," said new Section to follow Sec-
