next ensuing fiscal year, and after the levy of taxes it shall be
designated as the tax roll for said year. Further, the said
Appeal Tax Court shall submit to the Board of Estimates on
the first day of October, or as soon thereafter as practicable, a

statement of the total valuation of the respective classes of prop-
erty as shown on the annual roll submitted by the Appeal Tax
Court of Baltimore to the City Collector. The said Court shall
perform such other duties as may be prescribed by law or ordi-
nances not inconsistent with this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take-
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 16th, 1914.

CHAPTER 533.

AN ACT to refund to Thomas F. Moore, of Allegany County,.
Maryland, money erroneously paid by the said Thomas F.
Moore into the State Treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the State
Treasurer in favor of Thomas F. Moore for the sum of forty-
five dollars ($45.00), being money erroneously paid by the said
Thomas F. Moore into the State Treasury for liquor license.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
upon the date of its passage.

Approved April 10th, 1914.

CHAPTER 534.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title " Elections,"
sub-title "Registrations," said new Section to be known as
Section 29-A, and to immediately follow Section 29 in said Ar-
ticle, and to apply only to Cecil County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new Section be added to Article 33 of the Anno-
