of said Advisory Board of Parole, in such amounts and at such
intervals as said Board shall direct, and the Comptroller shall
draw his warrant upon the Treasurer of Maryland for such
amounts and at such intervals as directed by the said Advisory
Board of Parole as aforesaid.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 501.
AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article 93 of the Code
of 1904 of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Testa-
mentary Law," to follow immediately after Section 81 and to
be known as Section 81A, providing for the recording of certi-
fied copies of wills (and the orders of probate thereon) con-
veying real or leasehold estate, hereafter probated elsewhere
than in the county or city in which said estate is situated, and
defining the rights of purchasers upon a failure to record the
same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional Section be and hereby is added to Ar-
ticle 93 of the Code of 1904 of the Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Testamentary Law/' to follow immediately
after Section 81, and to be known as Section 81A, to read as
follows:
SEC. 81 A. Whenever the title to any real or leasehold estate
arising under any lease for more than seven years, or any other
right, title, interest or estate in such real or leasehold estate shall,
pass under a domestic or foreign will hereafter probated else-
where than in the County or City in the State of Maryland in
which such real or leasehold estate is situated, a certified copy
of such will and of the order admitting the same to probate shall
be recorded and indexed at the expense of the estate of the
testator in the office of the register of wills of the County or
City in which the said real estate or leasehold estate is situated;
the copy of the will and order shall be certified from the court
or office in which the will was probated, whether domestic or
foreign. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to dis-
