fails to pay any fine so imposed shall be committed to jail for
not less than twenty-five nor more than sixty days.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all general and local
laws inconsistent with any provision or provisions of this Act
be and the same are hereby repealed, and that this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 473.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 400 of the Acts of 1908, entitled An
Act concerning primary elections for the nomination of candi-
dates of political parties in this State for the position of
United States Senator and providing penalties for the viola-
tion thereof; and Chapter 441 of the Acts of 1910, entitled
An Act to add a new Section to Chapter 400 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1908, known as the Senatorial
Primary Election Law, &c.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 400 of the Acts of 1908, entitled "An Act
concerning primary elections for the nomination of candidates
of political parties in this State for the position of United States
Senator and providing penalties for the violation thereof;" and
that Chapter 441 of the Acts of 1910, entitled "An Act to add
a new Section to Chapter 400 of the Acts of 1908, known as the
Senatorial Primary Election Law to come in after Section 11
and to be known as Section 11A," be and the same are hereby
repealed.

CHAPTER 474.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 85 and
86 of Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, entitled Elections, as enacted by Chapter 202 of the Acts
of 1896.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 85 and 86 of Article 33 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled Elections, as en-
acted by Chapter 202 of the Acts of 1896, be and the same are
