attendance in her school room of less than twenty for two Suc-
cessive terms, receive a salary greater than Five Hundred Dol-
lars ($500) per annum.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That at their next annual
levy term after the passage of this Act, and at each annual levy
term thereafter, the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County shall levy a sufficient amount to meet the increase of
salaries provided for in Section 2 of this Act; and it is hereby
made the duty of the Superintendent of Schools of said Prince
George's County to furnish to the said County Commissioners
before the beginning of said levy the necessary information to
enable them to ascertain the amount to be levied for such pur-
poses.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 45.
AN ACT to repeal Section 3 of Chapter 462 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, of the Acts of 1910, entitled
"An Act providing for the taxation of dogs in Calvert
County, and creating a fund out of which owners of domestic
fowls and animals killed or injured by dogs may be reimbursed
for the loss of the same, and furnishing revenue for the use of
the Public Schools of said County," and re-enact the same
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 3 of Chapter 462 Of the Acts of 1910, en-
titled "An Act providing for the taxation Of dogs in Calvert
County and creating a fund out of which owners of domestic
fowls and animals killed or injured by dogs may be reimbursed
for the loss of the same, and furnishing revenue for the use of
the Public Schools of said County,'' be, and the same is hereby
repealed so as to read as follows:
SEC. 3. That it shall be the duty of the County Commis-
sioners to designate a constable in each election district of Cal-
vert County, whose duty it shall be in said district, as soon as
