444 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 10th, 1914.

CHAPTER 296.

AN ACT to amend Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of the State of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-
title "Game Warden," as enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1912, Chapter 335, by
repealing and re-enacting with amendment Section 11 of the
said Chapter 335.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Game
Warden," as enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
Session of 1912, Chapter 335, Section 11, be and the said Sec-
tion 11 is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendment to
read as follows:

SEC. 11. That any person violating any of the provisions of
this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not less than $10.00 and costs, unless such
conviction and fine be otherwise provided for in this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 4th, 1914.

CHAPTER 297.

AN ACT to release J. Harman Schone, George W. Yellott, G.
Albert Mays, Arthur W. Shanklin, C. Lyon Rogers, N. Bosley
Merryman, and the personal representatives and, heirs of
Henry C. Hutchins, William Parks, Henry J. Hebb, George
W. Morgan, Alfred Fowble and William B. Cochran, deceased,
from all claims which the State of Maryland might otherwise
have or maintain against them or any of them for on account
of fees and commissions collected by them as Treasurers of
Baltimore County, since April 5, 1878, to the present time.

WHEREAS, By their memorial addressed to the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, J. Harmon Schone, George W. Yellott, G.
