SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 289.
AN ACT to authorize and empower W. B. Tyler to construct in
front of his property on Middle Hooper's Island in Dorches-
ter County ; a wharf extending into the Honga River, at a
cove known as '' Flagg Cove.''
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That W. B. Tyler of Hooper's Island or District No. 6,
in Dorchester County, be and he is hereby authorized and em-
powered to construct and erect a wharf on his property on
Middle Hooper's Island, in Dorchester County, said wharf to
extend into the Honga River, for a distance not exceeding one
hundred and fifty yards, the outer end of said wharf not to
exceed ninety feet in width.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said wharf, when so con-
structed and erected, shall be the property of the said W. B,
Tyler, his heirs and assigns forever.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 290.
AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 16, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County," sub-
title "County Commissioners," to follow Section 127, and to
be known as Section 127 1/2, and to repeal Chapter 739 of the
Acts of, the General Assembly of Maryland passed at the
January Session, 1912.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 739, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland passed at the January Session be and the same is
hereby repealed and that an additional Section be and the same
is hereby added to Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws
