CHAPTER 194.

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Maryland Homeopathic
Hospital and Free Dispensary of Baltimore City by changing
its corporate name to the, Hahnemann General Hospital and
Free Dispensary of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the charter of "The Maryland Homeopathic Hos-
pital and Free Dispensary of Baltimore City," a corporation
duly incorporated under the General Laws of Maryland, rela-
ting to corporations, be and the same is hereby amended that
its corporate name shall be known here and after the passage
of this Act as the Hahnemann General Hospital and P'ree Dis-
pensary of Baltimore City.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 10th, 1914.

CHAPTER 195.

AN ACT to pay to D. Edward Kefauver a sum of money for State
Taxes erroneously paid to the Treasurer by him.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Treasurer, upon the warrant of the Comptroller,
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to D. Ed-
ward Kefauver, of Frederick County, the sum of Fifteen
Dollars and Fifty Cent ($15.50) said sum having been errone-
ously paid by him to the Treasurer and certified as paid on
property unlawfully assessed and its re-payment being recom-
mended by the Comptroller of the Treasury.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 30th, 1914.

CHAPTER 196.

AN ACT to require land-owners along the Zechia Swamp between
certain designated points to fence against stock.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all parties owning land in Charles County, border-
