CHAPTER 155.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 28 of
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title '' Anne Arun-
del County," sub-title "Annapolis," as repealed and re-
enacted with amendments by Chapter 370 of the Acts of 1898,
revising and extending the boundary lines of the City of An-
napolis, and creating an additional ward for said City, and
providing for two Aldermen to represent said ward in the
municipal corporation.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 28 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Annapolis,"
as repealed and re-enacted with amendments by Chapter 370 of
the Acts of 1898, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
SEC. 28. The boundaries of the City of Annapolis shall be as
follows: Beginning at the corner of the wall of the United
States Naval Academy at the eastern terminus of King George
street and following the said wall in a westerly course, along
said street, to the corner of the wall where it intersects with
said King George street; thence along the enclosure of the
Naval Academy in a northerly direction to the north side of
Hanover street; thence following the wall of the Naval Acad-
emy in a westerly direction to the west side of Wagner street;
thence following the wall of the Naval Academy in a southerly
direction to the north side of King George street; thence in a
westerly direction, following the wall of the Naval Academy,
