seven (67) degrees thirty (30) minutes West one hundred and
eighty-five and eight-tenths (185.8) feet to the end thereof and
Williams' line; thence with said Williams' line and the closing
line of said conveyance from Shoemaker to Eld North seventy-
one (71) degrees twenty (20) minutes East one thousand and
eighty-seven and ninety-six one-hundredths (1087.96) feet to
a point at the end of fifty-five and eighty-four one-hundredths
(55.84) feet on a line bearing South seventy-one (71) degrees
twenty (20) minutes West from a stone at the Northwest
corner of "Friendship Heights;" thence South thirty-three
(33) degrees twenty-six (26) minutes East one hundred and
eighty-four and sixty-three one-hundredths (184.63) feet; thence
North eighty-two (82) degrees twenty-two (22) minutes East
sixty (60) feet to a marble.stone on the West line of "Friend-
ship Heights,'' and thence with said West line South thirty-
three (33) degrees twenty-six (26) minutes East three hundred
and sixty-six and ninety-eight one-hundredths (366.98) feet
to intersect the North line of the old Glen Echo Railroad; then
bounding on said North line North seventy-six (76) degrees-
three (3) minutes West two hundred and seventy and seventy-
five one-hundredths (270.75) fect; North seventy-nine (79)
degrees thirty-three (33) minutes West one hundred and twen-
ty and sixty-two one hundredths (120.62) feet; thence North
eighty-three degrees forty-three (43) minutes West ninety-four
and three-tenths (94.3) feet; thence North eighty-seven (87)
degrees twenty-three (23) minutes West ninety-six and thirty-fivt
one-hundredths (96.35) feet; thence South eighty-eight (88)
degrees twenty-two (22) minutes West one hundred and five
and seven-tenths (105.7) feet; thence South eighty-four (84)
degrees forty-two (42) minutes West one hundred and twenty
and forty-five one-hundredths (120.45) feet; thence South
eighty-three (83) degrees thirty-two (32) minutes West four
hundred and thirteen (413) feet to the place of beginning,
containing clear of the old Glen Echo Railroad and the Chevy
Chase and Glen Echo Railroad six and three hundred and
sixty-seven one-thousandths (6.367) acres of land; and also
all that part of a tract of land called '' Friendship'' lying and be-
ing in the County of Montgomery in the State of Maryland, and
on the West side of the Georgetown and Rockville Turnpike
Road, described as follows, to wit: beginning at a stone stand-
ing at the end of the second line of Richard Williams' part
of said tract and marked on one side TV and on the other
side IT5, and running thence with said second line reversed
North fifty-two and one-half (52 1/2) degrees East twenty-two
