dred and eighty-eight (188) be and the same are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the folowing Sections
of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Washington County," as the same are numbered and set
forth in the Code of 1888 as legalized by Chapter 74 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of that year, and of the supple-
ments and amendments to said Article 22 as follows: Section
