Calvert County, Maryland, for the sum of Two Thousand, Three
Hundred and Seventy-five Dollars, and nine cents ($2375.09)
said amount having been paid by the said Company to the
County Treasurers of Calvert County and Prince George's
County as State taxes erroneously assessed against it for State
purposes for the years 1900 to 1912, both inclusive, in Calvert
County, and for the years 1900 to 1913, both inclusive, in Prince
George's County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act. shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 82G.

AN ACT to authorize, empower and direct the County Commis-
sioners of Charles County, Maryland, to levy at their next
levy a sum of money to the use of Richard A. Boone, paid by
the said Richard A. Boone into the Treasury of Charles
County in error.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Charles County be and
they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to levy at
the next levy the sum of One Hundred and Twenty-seven
Dollars ($127.00) to the use of Richard A. Boone paid by the
said Richard A. Boone into the Treasury of Charles County,
Maryland, in error.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 827.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of Trustees of Charlotte Hall
School, in St. Mary's County, Maryland, to dispose of their
unimproved lands in the town of Charlotte Hall, in St. Mary's
County, Maryland.
