1542 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

at any time to catch any fish in the waters of said creek with
any hoop net, fyke net, purse net, pound net or buck net; pro-
vided, however, that nothing herein contained shall prevent
owners or renters of farms and lands bordering upon the waters
of said creek and the owners and renters of farms adjoining
said lands, which formerly bordered on said creek, but from
which the shore rights thereof have heretofore been sold, from
catching fish in the waters opposite their said lands for the use
of their own families and employees, but they shall not make
any unnecessary noise that will interfere with any person or
persons having the right to shoot ducks or other wild fowl on
the shores of said creek, nor use any net or nets prohibited by
this Section.

SEC. 114. Each and every person violating any of the pro-
visions of Section 113 shall be subject to arrest by any person
authorized by law to make the same, or upon a warrant issued
by any Justice of the Peace of said County, and upon conviction
shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dol-
lars for each and every violation of the provisions of said Sec-
tion 113, or for each and every day upon or during which said
person shall or may repeat or continue such violation of the said
provisions of said Section 113, one-half of said fine or fines to be
paid, as and when collected, to the person making the original
arrest, or procuring the issue of said warrant, as the case may be.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Public General
Laws or Public Local Laws of Maryland, or any Act or Section
of an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, inconsistent
herewith be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 817.

AN ACT to add an additional Section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, Article 3, title "Baltimore County," sub-
title "Circuit Court," to be known as Section 40-A and to
follow Section 40.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new Section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
