premiums or contributions payable during the year for and on
account of such disability insurance or sick or accident benefits;
and if the premiums for such insurance are payable annually
or at intervals longer than one month, then the sum so to be
maintained shall be the amount of the unearned premium cal-
culated proportionately for the enexpired term of the insurance
in the manner provided in Section 160 of this Article for calcu-
lating the re-insurance reserve of fire insurance companies.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 814.
AN ACT to authorize, empower and direct the County Commis-
sioners of Charles County, Maryland, to levy at their next levy
a sum of money to the use of Agnes L. Marbury, paid by the
said Agnes L. Marbury into the Treasury of Charles County
in error.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Charles County be and
they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to levy at
the next levy the sum of One Hundred and Fourteen Dollars
($114.00) to the use of Agnes L. Marbury paid by the said
Agnes L. Marbury into the Treasury of Charles County, Mary-
land, in error.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 815.
AN ACT to repeal Section 102 of Article 39 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1904, entitled "Fish
and Fisheries,'' and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 102 of Article 39 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1904, entitled "Fish
and Fisheries," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
