PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 1499

Vestry of St. Luke's Protestant Episcopal Church of Baltimore
City aforesaid, of the property conveyed to it by said deed and
to the holding, selling, mortgaging and otherwise disposing of
the same.

(28) To the bequests to the Vestry of St. Luke's Protestant
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City contained in the will of
George L. Herbert, late of Baltimore City, State of Maryland,
deceased, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber HWJ No. 113, folio
21, etc.

(29) To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
and the improvements thereon, in the town of Queen Anne, in
the Sixth Election District of Queen Anne's County, on the.
southwest corner of Broad Street and Tuckahoe Avenue, in
said town, having a frontage on Broad Street of sixty feet and
a depth of one hundred and sixty feet along Tuckahoe Avenue,
to "St. Paul Methodist Episcopal Church South, Queen Anne,
Maryland, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws
of the State of Maryland, by Thomas B. Spranklin, D. H.
Knott, J. L. Beauchamp and Harry Clark, surviving trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church South, by their deed dated
the 22nd day of September, 1913, and recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said Queen Anne's County,
in Liber WFW 4, folio 170, a land record book for Queen
Anne's County, and that fee-simple title vest absolutely in said
corporation, its successors and assigns to its own and their own
use and behoof.

(30) To the bequest of a certain lot of ground and premises
on Franklin Street in the City of Annapolis, Maryland, as
contained in the last will and testament of Thomas T. Caswell,
late of Annapolis, Maryland, deceased, to the Rector, Church
Wardens and Vestrymen of St. Anne's Protestant Episcopal
Church of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and subject to
the terms and conditions of gift in said will named.

(31) To the following four deeds and assignments to the
Electors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, to wit: (a)
Deed of assignment from Mary C. Schone, widow, to the Elec-
tors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, dated the 23rd day
of August, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber SCL No. 2761, folio 226, etc.; (b) Deed
from J. Harmon Schone, Administrator, etc., to the said Elec-
tors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, said deed bearing
