SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage, and that all other laws in-
consistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, in so
far as the same are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act,
but no further.

CHAPTER 798.
AN ACT to prohibit the licensing and taxing by Municipalities
of the business of selling from a wagon at retail of fresh fruits,
vegetables and country produce by the growers and producers
thereof; providing for the identification of such growers and
producers, making it a misdemeanor for such growers and pro-
ducers to sell country produce other than that grown and pro-
duced by them, and providing a penalty therefor.

CHAPTER 799.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to meet the deficiency in
the appropriation for the printing for the Legislature of
Maryland, Session of 1914.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of fifteen thousand dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appro-
priated to meet the deficiency in the appropriation for the
printing for the Legislature of Maryland, Session of 1914.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Treasurer of
the State shall, on the warrant of the Comptroller, disperse
the said sum of money herein appropriated for the objects and
purposes herein specified, to or upon the order of the person or
persons entitled to receive the same.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
