missioners of Wicomico County, endorsed by the County Com-
missioners of Wicomico County, as other funds are paid out,
and the said County School Commissioners of Wicomico County
are hereby authorized to make requisition on said County Com-
missioners for said funds, and said County Commissioners are
hereby directed to pay over the same in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 4 of this Act, as required therein, and the
County School Commissioners shall keep a special account of the
funds so received for each High School Building, and of the
expenditures thereof, said fund only to be expended for the
purpose set out in this Act.
SECTION 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
lake effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 765.
AN ACT to provide for the taxation of judgments in Dor-
chester County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all judgments of record in Dorchester County shall
be taxed for County and municipal purposes to the owner there-
of at one-half the amount for which the said judgment was
rendered, exclusive of costs. All taxes on judgments shall be
assessed and collected in the same manner that the taxes on
other property in Dorchester County are assessed and collected.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That on the second Monday in the
month of April in each year the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Dorchester County shall file with the Clerk to the County Com-
missioners for Dorchester County a list of all unsatisfied judg-
ments appearing upon all of the judgment record books in his
office. Said list shall show the name of the plaintiff and the
defendant in each judgment, a reference to the book where the
same is recorded, and also the date on which and the amount
for which it was rendered, excluding costs. For making said
list the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester County shall
be paid by the County Commissioners for Dorchester County
the sum of fifteen cents for each judgment so listed; provided,
however, that when a judgment has once been listed it shall
not appear on any subsequent list.
