SEC. 136. The Commander of the State Fishery Force shall
assign one or more boats of the Force to guard areas reserved
under the provisions of this Act, and to supervise the taking
of oysters therefrom. The said boat or boats shall remain on
guard throughout each oyster season in which the reservation
of such areas continues; and when such areas are reopened for
public use, it shall tie the duty of the Deputy Commander of
the said boat or boats to prevent oysters caught upon such areas
from being removed contrary to the provisions of this Act, and
to arrest all violators of such provisions.
SEC. 137. It shall be the duty of the Commander of the
State Fishery Force to report in detail to the General Assembly
of Maryland, concerning the progress of the work under this
Act for replenishing the natural beds, bars and rocks, such
report to be printed and submitted immediately prior to the
convening of said Assembly in each of the years 1916 and 1918,
to the end that the system of replenishing natural beds, bars
and rocks may, if successful, be extended to other localities of
this State.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the time of its passage, and that all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 754.
AN ACT to repeal Section 87 of Article 20 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title "Somerset County," sub-
title "Crisfield," as enacted by Chapter 529 of the Acts of
1910, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 89 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Somerset County," sub-title "Cris-
field," as enacted by Chapter 529 of the Acts of 1910, be and
the same is hereby repealed, and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:
87. The Mayor and Council of Crisfield shall have power to
pass all by-laws and ordinances not contrary to law, as they
may deem necessary for the good government of the city to
preserve the health, peace, safety and well being of the inhabi-
tants and the protection of the property thereof; to prevent
