for the said fiscal year 1915, and disapproved to the extent or
amount of Two Thousand Dollars thereof; and the item, "and
the like sum of Eight Thousand Dollars for the fiscal year
1916," is approved to the extent or amount of Six Thousand
Dollars for the said fiscal year 1916, and disapproved to the
extent or amount of Two Thousand Dollars thereof.

On page 9, of the enrolled Act, in provision or clause 94, the
item, '' To the Hospital for the Relief of Crippled and Deformed
Children, the sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars for the fiscal
year 1915," is approved to the extent or amount of Ten Thou-
sand Dollars for the said fiscal year 1915, and disapproved to
the extent or amount of Two Thousand Dollars thereof; and the
item, "and the like sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars for the
fiscal year 1916," is approved to the extent or amount of Ten
Thousand Dollars for the said fiscal year 1916, and disapproved
to the extent or amount of Two Thousand Dollars thereof.

On page 11, of the enrolled Act, in provision or clause 109, the
item, '' To Western Maryland College, the sum of Fifteen Thou-
sand Dollars for the fiscal year 1915," is approved to the extent
or amount of Ten Thousand Dollars for the said fiscal year
1915, and disapproved to the extent or amount of Five Thousand
Dollars thereof; and the item, '' and the- like sum of Fifteen
Thousand Dollars for the fiscal year 1916," is approved to the
extent or amount of Ten Thousand Dollars for the said fiscal
year 1916, and disaproved to the extent or amount of Five
Thousand Dollars thereof.

CHAPTER 722.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore to issue the stock of said corporation to an
amount not exceeding Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand
($750,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of providing a hospital
for contagious diseases and to authorize the submission of an
ordinance for that purpose to the legal voters of said city.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore be and is
hereby authorized to issue its stock to an amount not exceeding
Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand ($750,000.00) Dollars, to
be issued from time to time in such amounts and payable at
such time and bearing such rate of interest as the said Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore shall by ordinance prescribe. The
