regulations hereinbefore referred to, the said State Board of
Health shall give at least 30 days' notice, by publication, circu-
lar or otherwise, informing all persons who may be interested in
the enforcement of said rules and regulations that said Board of
Health will hear such persons on a certain day or days named
in said notice for the purpose of receiving and considering sug-
gestions before the final adoption of such rules or regulations.
The said notice shall contain a copy of the proposed rules and
regulations.
SEC. 8. Be it enacted, That all Acts and parts of Acts in-
consistent with the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed.
SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from and after July 1st, 1914.

CHAPTER 679.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 228 of
Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Garrett County," sub-title "Wild Animals."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 228 of Article 12 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title, "Garrett County," sub-title, "Wild Ani-
mals," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments so as to read as follows:
SEC. 228. Any citizen of this State who shall kill or destroy
any wolf, panther, wildcat or weasel, within the limits of Gar-
rett County, shall be entitled to the following allowance, viz:
for every wolf scalp the sum of $20.00; for every panther
scalp the sum of $20.00; for every wildcat scalp the sum of
$2.00 and for every weasel scalp the sum of fifty cents.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
