under the provisions of this Act shall be promptly paid over
by the. officer collecting the same to the Treasurer of Charles
County to be applied to the Road and Bridge Fund of said
County, subject to the order of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of said County or to the order of such Board in said
County as may be charged with the management of the roads
and bridges therein.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That nothing in this Act shall be
held to prohibit the use of wines' in administering the sacra-
ments of the various churches.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That, in the event a majority of
the ballots cast at said special election shall be "Against
License," then Chapter 707, of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, Session of 1906, regulating the sale of liquors,
in said Charles County, and all Acts or parts of Acts per-
mitting or regulating the sale of intoxicating liquors in said
Charles County shall be repealed on and after the first day of
May, in the year nineteen hundred and fifteen.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 658.

AN ACT to amend Article 43 of the Code of Public General Laws;
of Maryland, entitled '' Health,'' by repealing and re-enacting
with amendments the Sectipns of said Article 43 numbered 111
and 112 in Bagby's Annotated Code of 1911, said Sections be-
ing under the sub-title, "Practitioners of Medicine."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Sections of Article 43 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Health," sub-title "Prac-
titioners of Medicine," numbered 111 and 112 in Bagby's Anno-
tated Code of 1911, be and the same are hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:

SEC. 111. At the first meeting of an examining board, or at
a stated or special meeting held subsequently, suitable provis-
ion shall be made by each of the examining boards to prepare
a schedule of examination upon anatomy, physiology, medical
chemistry, surgery, practice of medicine, materia medica, thera-
