1108 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Section, for the year 1914, and a like sum of ten thousand dol-
lars for the year 1915, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
and the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer for
such amounts, and payable to the said County Commissioners
upon the production of the required approval and certification
of the correctness of the account.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 10th, 1914.

CHAPTER 654.

AN ACT to provide for a State subscription to Perkins' Anno-
tated Maryland Reports, providing for the distribution there-
of, and an appropriation for the subscription therefor.

(Vetoed.)

CHAPTER 655.

AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article 10, Code of Pub-
lic General Laws of 1911, Bagby's Code, entitled "Attorneys
at Law and Attorneys in Fact," said additional Section to
come in immediately after Section 3 of said Article and to be
known and designated as Section 3-A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional Section be and the same is hereby added
to Article 10 of the Code of Public General Laws of 1911 of
this State (Bagby's Code), title "Attorneys at Law and Attor-
neys in Fact," said additional Section to come in immediately
after Section 3 of said Article and to be known and designated
as Section 3-A.

3-A. All persons, graduates of a recognized law school and
possessing all other qualifications which are now or may here-
after be prescribed by law, shall be eligible to take the examina-
tion provided for in this Article at the regular examination of
the Examining Board, held at any time following his graduation,
even though he be less than twenty-one years of age; provided,
however, that no such person shall receive his certificate of ad-
