Cemetery Company and along the east side of Gwynns Falls,
from Edmondson Avenue to the Old Mill Race leading from
the dam situate south of Edmondson Avenue, for the pur-
pose of continuing a highway to be constructed over said Mill
Race from Frederick Road to Franklin Road.

CHAPTER 646.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 40 and
41 of Article 48 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Inspections," sub-title "Tobacco."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 40 and 41 of Article 48 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title "Inspections," sub-title "Tobacco" be
and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments so as to read as follows:
40. All tobacco inspected in the State Tobacco Warehouse
of Maryland shall be entitled to storage free of charge for six
months from the date of sale.
41. For every hogshead of tobacco inspected in the Maryland
State Tobacco Warehouse which shall remain in any such ware-
houses, after having been sold by the grower or his agent for
a longer period than six months, shall be subject to a storage
charge of fifteen cents for each month after the said six months,
and the inspector is charged with the collection of the same to
be accounted for in his returns to the Comptroller.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 195
of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel County,'' sub-title '' Roads,'' as the same was enacted
by Chapter 654 of the Acts of 1908.
