1024 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That any person who shall-
violate the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a.
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not
more than fifty dollars ($50.00), or imprisoned not more than
six months, or both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of
the Court.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 13th, 1914.

CHAPTER 613.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 285
and 300 of Article 13 of the Public Local Laws of the State
of Maryland, title "Harford County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl,'' and to add an additional Section thereto to be known;
as Section 300-A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 285 and 300 of Article 13 of the Public-
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County," sub-title
"Wild Fowl," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, to be known as Sections 285-A,
300-A and 300-B, said amendment and new Section to stand in<
the order as follows:

SEC. 285-A. No person, shall gun for or after wild waterfowl
or shoot at or kill the same northward of the line described in
Section 278, but three days in each week, until the first day of
January, during the season for shooting wild waterfowl, as
fixed by Section 279, and those days prior to the first day of
January, shall be Monday, Wednesday, Friday and on and after
the first day of January, shall be Monday, Wednesday, Friday
and Saturday until the end of the season for shooting wild fowl
as aforesaid; and each of the said days shall be comprehended
the time intervening between one hour before sunrise and two
o'clock P. M. of the days aforesaid; and no more, and said
time shall not include any part or period of night; and. any
person on conviction of the violation of this Section, shall be
fined not less than $50.00 and not more than $100.00.

SEC. 300-A. And be it enacted, That any person holding
license to gun for or after wild waterfowl may, during the
