AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for the
payment of Thomas J. Lee, George Winthrop
and Levin T. H. Irving, for services rendered by
them as Commissioners to run and define the
boundary line between Dorchester and Somerset
counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer of Maryland be
and he is hereby directed and required, upon the
warrant of the Comptroller, to pay out of any un-
appropriated money in the Treasury, the sum of
three hundred dollars, to Thomas J. Lee. George
Winthrop and Levin T. H. Irving, for services
rendered by them as Commissioners appointed un-
der the act of Assembly passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty, chapter one hundred

and sixty-five, to run and define the boundary line
between Dorchester and Somerset counties ; That
is to say, to the said Thomas J. Lee, the sum of
one hundred dollars ; to the said George Win-
throp, the sum of one hundred dollars; and to the
said Levin T. H. Irving the sum of one hundred
dollars.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
