AN ACT to authorize the Comptroller to employ
an additional Clerk for a limited time.
|

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
hereby authorized to employ in his office an ad-
ditional Clerk, at a salary not exceeding one hun-
dred dollars a month, for such time, not exceeding
one year from the date of his employment, as the
said Comptroller shall deem necessary for the pub-
lic interest.

AN ACT to amend section one hundred and four-
teen of Article ninety-three of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled, "Testamentary
Law," relating to the entry, by the Register of
Wills, of claims against deceased persons by the
Orphans' Court or Register of Wills.
