CHAPTER 126.

AN ACT to alter and change the time of holding
the annual election for officers of the Conowingo
Bridge Company, in Harford and Cecil counties.

Time of elec-
tion for officers
changed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the time of holding the an-
nual election for officers in the Conowingo Bridge
Company, be changed from the first Monday in
January, to the second Monday in same month.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

 

CHAPTER 127.

39, 1862.

AN ACT to change the name of Fells Point
Lodge, Nunber Forty-four, of the Independent
Order of Odd Fellows, to that of Thomas Wil-
dy Lodge, Number Forty-four, of the Indepen-
dent Order of Odd Fellows.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the name of the Fells Point
Lodge, Number Forty-four, of the Independent
Order of Odd Fellows, incorporated by the act to
incorporate Fell's Point Lodge, Number Forty-
four, of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows,
passed at December Session, eighteen hundred and
forty-six, chapter two hundred and fifty-five, be
and is hereby changed, and the said corporation is
authorized to assume and use the name of Thomas
Wildy Lodge, Number Forty-four, of the Inde-
pendent Order of Odd Fellows ; provided, said
corporation shall on or before the first day of
March next, 'accept this act as supplementary to
its charter, and shall file a certificate of the accept-
ance thereof, under its corporate seal, in the office
