CHAPTER 359.

AN ACT to render valid and legalize all official
acts of Joshua S. Nay lor, as Justice of the Peace
in Prince George's county, from November
fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three to
February twenty-second, eighteen hundred and
sixty-four.

Passsed Mar.
10, 1864

WHEREAS, Joshua S. Naylor was a duly quali-
fied Justice of the Peace for the Eighth Election
District of Prince George's county, and acted as
such prior to the day of election in November,
eighteen hundred and sixty-three; and whereas,
no election was held in said election district in
November last; and whereas, the said Joshua S.
Naylor has been acting as Justice of the Peace
since the fourth day of November, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-three.

Preamble.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That all official acts performed by
Joshua S. Naylor, as Justice of the Peace for
Prince George's county, State of Maryland, from
the fourth day of November, eighteen hundred
and sixty-three to the twenty-second day of Feb-
ruary, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, be and
the same are hereby fully legalized and rendered
good and valid to all intents and purposes.

Made valid.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.
