Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

 

CHAPTER 321.

Passed March
10, 1864.

AN ACT authorizing the County Commissioners
of Talbot county to refund to James H. McNeal,
of said county, certain taxes erroneously paid by
him to the county Collector of said county.

Commission-
ers authorized
to pay.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Commissioners of Tal-
bot county be, and they are hereby authorized and
required to pay out of the county levy for the year
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to James H. Mc-
Neal of said county, the sum of forty-four dollars
and twenty-two cents, for taxes erroneously paid
by him in the years eighteen hundred and fifty-
nine, sixty, and sixty-one, to the said County
Commissioners.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
