A. W. BRADFORD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR,
decree or order heretofore passed, or that may be
hereafter passed upon a creditor's bill, where all
the parties to the cause wherein such decree or
order has been or may be passed, shall agree to
such sale by consent in writing to be signed by
said parties or their attorney, or attorneys; and in
case any of the said parties may be infants, by the
tuardian or guardians of such infants, and to be
led in such cause.

Sec. 9. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage; And
shall apply only to St. Mary's, Charles, Calvert,
Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties.

AN ACT for the better protection of the people of
the State, against the ravages of Small Pox.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That a State Vaccine Agency be,
and the same is hereby established, said Agency
to be located in the city of Baltimore, in which
shall be kept at all times a supply of fresh and
good vaccine virus, not more than two removes
from the cow, for the use of the Physicians of this
State.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Governor by
and with the advice and consent of the Senate,
shall once in six years appoint as State Vaccine
Agent, one Physician of good character and stand-
ing, to reside in the city of Baltimore, whose duty
it shall be to make and renew from the cow as of-
ten as it may be necessary to keep on hand a sup-
ply of vaccine virus, not more than two removes
from the cow, and to furnish such virus to the
Physicians of the State when called for. He shall
keep a record of the name, location, and different
times, qualities and quantities of virus furnished
to each Physician, and shall in addition to bis sa-
