AN ACT to repeal and re-enact sections ninety-
one and ninety-two of Article twelve, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, relating to Orphans' Court
for Harford county.

Amended.

SECTION 91. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That sections ninety-one and
ninety-two of Article twelve of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled, Orphans' Court, be amend-
ed and re-enacted so as to read as follows: The
Judges of the Orphans' Court for Harford county,
shall meet on the first Monday and Tuesday of
each month during the year, if the public business
require it.

Per diem.

Sec. 92. And be it enacted, That the Judges of
the Orphans' Court shall each receive a per diem
of two dollars and fifty cents, and in addition to
his per diem, be entitled to an allowance of six
cents for every mile that his place of residence
shall be distant from the place of holding said
court, to be allowed him on each day such Judge
may attend said court.

And be it enacted, That this act shall take ef-
fect from the day of its passage.
