agement,. sale and disposition thereof, and of the
investment of the moneys derived from the sale of
the said lands and land scrip, and of the manner
in which the income of the said fund may be dis-
posed of, pursuant to an act of the Legislature
hereafter to be passed, authorizing the application
thereof, in conformity with the provisions of the
act of Congress aforesaid.

23. The Comptroller, in his annual report to
the Legislature, shall state the condition and
amount of said fund, the expenditures on account
thereof, and all his proceedings and acts in regard
thereto.

24. All moneys received by the Comptroller
under the provisions of this act shall be forthwith
deposited by him in the Treasury of the State as a
trust fund, with which a special office and bank
account shall be kept by the Treasurer, so that the
said moneys shall not be intermingled with the
ordinary funds of the State; and the said moneys
shall be paid out by the Treasurer, from time to
time, on the warrant of the Comptroller, when re-
quired by him for the purpose of being invested aa
hereinbefore mentioned.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after its passage.

AN ACT to make valid a deed from Robert Craig
to Robert Moore.

Passed Feb.
15, 1864.

WHEREAS, by deed dated fifteenth day of Janu-
ary, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore county, a
certain Robert Craig, late of Baltimore county,
deceased, conveyed to Robert Moore, of the county
aforesaid, all his property, seal, personal and
mixed, in trust tor his creditors; and whereas,
the said Robert Moore, at the time he accepted the
