Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That a general meet-
ing of the stockholders shall be held as. soon as
the company is organized, and annually thereafter,
at such time and place as may be designated by
the Directors.

Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That nothing in this
act be so construed as to authorize the said Corpo-
ration to issue any note, token, device, scrip or
other evidence of debt, to be used as currency.

Sec. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall
commence and be in force from and after the pas-
sage thereof, and that it shall at all times, from
the Organization' of the company, be liable to be
annulled or repealed at the pleasure of the General
Assembly.

AN ACT repealing certain sections of the twenty-
ninth Article of the Code of Public General
Laws relating to Special Judges, and enacting
other sections in lieu thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections seventy-two, seventy-
three, seventy-four, seventy-five, seventy-six, sev-
enty-seven, seventy-eight, seventy-nine, eighty
and eighty-one, of Article twenty-nine of the Code
of Public General Laws entitled, "Courts," be
and the same; are hereby repealed, and that the
following sections relating to the appointment of
Special Judges, be inserted in said Article under
the head "Social Judges," in the place of the
sections so repealed.
