CHAPTER 60.
AN ACT to repeal sections one hundred and thirty- nine, one hundred and forty, one hundred and forty-one, one hundred and forty-two, one hun- dred and forty-three, one hundred and forty- four, one hundred and forty-five, one hundred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven, one hundred and forty-eight, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Somerset county, relating to retailers.	Passed March 18, 1865.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That sections one hundred and thir- ty-nine, one hundred and forty, one hundred and forty-one, one hundred and forty-two, one hundred and forty-three, one hundred and forty- four, one hundred and forty-five, one hundred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven, one hun- dred and forty-eight, of the Code of Public Local Laws for Somerset county, relating to retailers, be and the same are hereby repealed.	Sections re- pealed.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.	In force.

CHAPTER 61.
AN ACT to amend and continue in force an act entitled, an act to incorporate the North Branch Company, passed at the session of the General Assembly, begun and held on the fifth day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter one hundred and eight.	Passed March 10, 1865.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary- land, That the said act to incorporate the North Branch Company, which has expired by its own	Continued in force.
