municipal government, so as more clearly to exempt certain
property from taxation for such purposes.

No. 120. An act to repeal Article eighty of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled, State Reporter, and the sev-
eral sections thereof, and re-enacting the same with amend-
ments.

No. 121. An act appointing commissioners to construct a
causeway connecting the bridge over the Patuxent river, near
the village of Queen Anne, in Prince George's county, with
the main land in Anne Arundel county.

No. 122. An act to authorize the Mount Clare George's
Creek Coal Company to increase the amount of capital stock
thereof.

No. 123. An act to incorporate the Annapolis Water Com-
pany.

No. 124. An act to enable qualified voters of this State, in
the military service of the United States, to exercise the right
of suffrage, &c.

No. 125. An act to heal deeds of manumission defectively
executed, or omitted to be recorded.

No. 126. An act for the relief of certain parties indebted
to the State prior to the first day of August, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty, and certain parties against whom suits have
been instituted under the direction of the Comptroller, in
pursuance of Resolution number twenty, of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-one and eighteen hundred and sixty-two.

No. 127. An act to amend and re-enact section one hundred
and six of Article eighty-one of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled, "Revenues and Taxes," and relating to the
tax on Executors' and Administrators' commissions.

No. 128. An act to exempt the inhabitants of Caroline

county from tolls for the use and crossing of Dover bridge,

across the Choptank river, and to require the County Com-

' missioners of Caroline county to pay annually a sum of money

to keep the bridge in repair.

No. 129. An act supplementary to an act entitled, an act
to incorporate the Superannuated Fund Society of the Mary-
land Annual Conference, passed at December Session, eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-nine, chapter two hundred and eigh-
ty-five.

No. 130. An act to provide for the registration of Births,
Marriages and Deaths.
