declared to be capable of holding real,
personal and mixed estate, and of con-
veying the same for the purposes therein
mentioned, Sec. 2.

Capital stock to be in shares of twen-
ty dollars each, not exceeding five thou-
sand shares, one dollar to be paid at the
time of snbscribing, and the instalments
as they may be required by the Presi-
dent and Directors, &c., Sec. 3.

When one thousand shares shall be
taken, general meeting to be called, and
