CHAPTER 79.
AN ACT to repeal the forty-first, forty-second,
forty-third, forty-sixth, forty-seventh, forty-
eighth and one hundred and twelfth sections of
the sixty-third Article, and the fifth section
of the eighth Article, of the Code of Public
General Laws, and the seven hundred and forty-
first, seven hundred and forty-second, and seven
hundred and forty-third sections of the fourth
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of this
State, in relation to the uniformed and un-
uniformed Militia and Volunteer force in the sev-
eral counties of this State, and in the city of Bal-
timore, and the reclamation, custody, control and
re-delivery of Arms heretofore delivered to the
officers and men under them; and to add to the
said sixty-third Article of the Code of Public
General Laws a section providing for the preven-
tion and suspension of proceedings upon bonds
heretofore given, under the laws of this State,
for the return of such arms.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the forty-first, forty-second,
forty-third, forty-sixth, forty-seventh, forty-eighth,
and one hundred and twelfth sections of the sixty-
third Article, and the fifth section of the eighth
Article of the Code of Public General Laws, and
the seven hundred and forty-first, seven hundred
and forty-second, and seven hundred and forty-
third sections of the fourth Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws of this State, in relation to the
uniform and ununifbrm militia and volunteer force of
this State, and in relation to the reclamation, custo-
dy, control, and re-delivery of arms heretofore de-
livered to the officers and men under them, be and.
the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That no action or
other proceeding shall be instituted or taken for
the enforcement of any bond whatsoever heretofore
