1. Resolution appointing Commissioners to the President
in relation to the occupation of the soil of Maryland by Fed-
eral troops.

negotiate with the proper authorities in relation to the protec-
tion of property in Maryland.

3. Resolution regulating the mileage of Members and
Officers of both Houses.

4. Resolution explaining the relations of Maryland with
the Federal Government.

5. Resolution appointing days for the adjournment and
re-assembling of the General Assembly.
