and civic movements, as well as be-
ing one of the Republican leaders of
the State of Maryland. He is a mem-
ber and trustee of Enon Baptist
Church. He is also a member of the
board of Managers of the house of Re-
formation for Colored Boys. Appointed

MR. JOHN H. COLEMAN
John H. Coleman, Chicago, Ill., formerly of
Washington, D. C.
Has been successfully engaged in business in
Chicago for more than 40 years. He attributes his
success to his faithful wife, Mrs. Minnie Coleman
who in the earlier years was his assistant.
Mr. Coleman is a public spirited citizen interested
in and identified with Church, Fraternities, Political
and Social Service activities. He is a cousin of the
late Judge Robert H Terrell of Washington, D C.,
uncle to Mrs James A Mitchell of St. Paul,
Minn Brother of Mrs, Daisy Coleman Arnold of
Washington, D. C. and Mr. Robert W. Coleman
of Baltimore, Md.
